Chipping Norton Tours

1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Tours are limited to a maximum of seven guests per departure.
2. Tour Confirmation & Operation
Tours are planned in advance and operate as small-group experiences, limited to a maximum of seven guests.
Departures are confirmed as bookings build. Once a tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled.
In the event that a departure has a smaller number of guests, Chipping Norton Tours reserves the right to contact guests in advance to offer suitable options. These may include proceeding as a private tour, adjusting the date, or offering a full refund where appropriate.
Chipping Norton Tours reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary where necessary due to weather, venue availability, safety considerations, or operational requirements.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.

4. Guest Responsibility
Part of this tour may take you through areas that I do not advertise publicly.
Do not photograph private homes, take photographs over garden walls or photograph people who clearly do not want to be photographed. Do not photograph anything else I specifically tell you not to photograph.
Do not try to look over walls or hedges into people’s property.
If we use a public footpath, you must stay on it, keep moving and behave respectfully at all times. Do not leave the footpath or linger around working farm areas.
Other normal personal photographs from the public footpath may be allowed, but my decision on the day is final.
If you break any of these rules, you will be removed from the tour immediately. No warnings, no exceptions and no refund. You will be responsible for finding and paying for your own way back from wherever you are at that point.
Guests must also behave respectfully towards other guests, venues and the host. Chipping Norton Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to, or remove from the tour, anyone behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner. No refund will be issued.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are fit and able to participate in a countryside-based experience, which may involve walking and uneven ground.
5. Third-Party Venues
Stops at pubs, shops, and other venues are subject to availability and independent operating decisions. Chipping Norton Tours is not responsible for decisions made by third-party venues.
6. Liability
Participation in the tour is at your own risk. Chipping Norton Tours is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delay except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
