Chipping Norton Tours

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Tours are limited to a maximum of seven guests per departure.

2. Guaranteed Departure

Tours operate with no minimum numbers. Once your booking is confirmed, your departure is guaranteed.

Chipping Norton Tours reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary where necessary due to weather, venue availability, safety considerations, or operational requirements.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.

4. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to participate in a countryside-based experience which may involve walking and uneven ground.

Guests must behave respectfully toward other guests, venues, and the host.  Chipping Norton Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner. No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Third-Party Venues

Stops at pubs, shops, and other venues are subject to availability and independent operating decisions. Chipping Norton Tours is not responsible for decisions made by third-party venues.

6. Liability

Participation in the tour is at your own risk. Chipping Norton Tours is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delay except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
