Refund & Cancellation Policy​

Chipping Norton Tours

Bookings for Chipping Norton Tours are subject to the following terms.

Guest Cancellations

​

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a refund, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another guest with prior written notice.

Failure to attend the tour (no-show) is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

Tour Cancellations by Chipping Norton Tours

In the unlikely event that Chipping Norton Tours cancels a tour, guests will be offered:

• A full refund
or
• The option to transfer to an alternative available date

Chipping Norton Tours shall not be liable for additional costs incurred by guests, including travel or accommodation arrangements.

Amendments

Chipping Norton Tours reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary where necessary due to operational requirements, venue availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
