Where Is Diddly Squat Farm Shop?
Diddly Squat Farm Shop is located less than two miles South of the Cotswold market town of Chipping Norton. Much of the surrounding countryside was used as filming locations for the Amazon Prime series Clarkson’s Farm, which is one of many reasons visitors choose to stay in Chipping Norton when exploring the area.
Visitors come to see Diddly Squat Farm Shop, buy food and drink at the Big View Café in the Lambing Barn, take photos, and experience the setting featured in the series.
Parking at Diddly Squat Farm Shop
Parking at Diddly Squat Farm Shop can be challenging, particularly during busy weekends and in the summer. After the success of Clarkson’s Farm, traffic jams of up to three miles were reported on nearby rural lanes as thousands of visitors began travelling to the shop. Jeremy Clarkson applied to expand the car park to help manage the situation, but West Oxfordshire District Council refused the application. A planning inspector later approved the car park expansion in 2023. Even today, parking can still be limited and queues of cars are common.
On my hosted tour, guests do not need to worry about this. My professional local driver drops us off while I show guests around the area before we are picked up again to continue to the next stop
